• Eastsun was established in 2003 and mainly produces AC/PC sun lenses.

• LiRui was established in 2005 and mainly produces AC reading lenses.

• Two factories were combined in 2010 and use registered “LiRui” to keep supplying overall products to customers, at that time, FGX of Essilor in the USA is the main customer and provide 80% share of business turnover.

• After a decade of fierce competition, the company needs competitive products to transform but not constant price reductions to maintain.

• A new team from Taiwan coincidentally joined in 2016 and brought in a new product adopting new material from Eastman.

• They used to be specialized to produce TR-90 lenses by using EMS material but constantly sourced similar materials to test them, thinking about how to reduce the burden of the high cost to their customers.

• After Eastman did some material modification optimization, they finally achieve the substitute goal of the TR90 lenses despite uncountable failures in the test.

• This application provides superior quality and a favorable price, meanwhile, we formally named it with

• “TR18- lens” in 2018 by considering the brand “Tritan” name and similar properties of nylon TR90.

• Fortunately, our TR18 lens gains a great degree of satisfaction and has a lot of usage in some brands like Safilo, Hawkers, and so on.

• We will keep promoting this healthy and environmental-friendly material to use since our innovative idea come true under Eastman collaboration.

• Furthermore, many comprehensive lens options will be available in 2022.

• That is we started supplying the recycle TR18 lenses and polarized function lenses under the ISCC certificate.
